a) Linen – Flat twin sheets, fitted twin sheets, standard pillowcases, blanket spreads, mattress covers, standard bath towels, standard hand towels, standard wash cloths and any other linen items. b) Contractor shall provide laundry services for linen that are in isolation bags. c) Contractor shall provide daily pickup and delivery (Monday through Friday) at 9:00am d) Contractor shall provide linen carts. e) Contractor shall drop off clean linen in clean linen carts and in small bundles wrapped with clear wrap to allow Designated Facility staff to inspect. f) If any items are found to still be dirty, the items will be returned to the Contractor and the Contractor will be responsible for re-cleaning the items at NO additional cost to the Facility. g) Contractor shall pick up all soiled linen from the designated laundry area. h) Contractor shall provide emergency linen services within 24 hours of notification by facility. i) Contractor shall be able to continue services in the event of equipment downtime or natural disaster. j) Contractor shall provide a list of chemicals and detergents that are utilized for services, to the facility’s appropriate designee.
