Must provide all the materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision and insurance to complete the following work: ROOM 108 Demo as needed for the renovations Replace existing 2x4 light fixtures one for one with new LED fixtures Supply and install 7 floor boxes Supply and install new duplex receptacles in Room 108A Power for exhaust fan in Room 108A, interconnected to outlets in room Emergency stop button for Room 108A exhaust fan Add one exit light in Room 108A ROOM 105 Demo as needed for renovations Relocate break room receptacles to new locations Relocate or add light switches as needed Replace existing 2x4 light fixtures one for one with new LED fixtures ROOM 103 Demo as needed for renovations Relocate or add light switches as needed Replace existing 2x4 light fixtures one for one with new LED fixtures Add new receptacles as needed for new offices DATA CABLING Supply and install 149 new Data/Voice/WIFI/CCTV Cables Terminate and label all wall ports throughout rooms Furnish and install new patch panel at designated location for new cabling Fire Alarm, CCTV Equipment and Access Controls by others
