The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease office space to meet the requirements of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 3,205 SF of usable office space in the City of Garland, Plano, Rockwall, Rowlett or Richardson, in Dallas, Collin, or Rockwall County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
