Specifications include, but are not limited to: License Software and Documentation Updates; 800 Support Number; Telephone Help Desk; Email Support; Remote Support Sessions; Escalation Process and access to LABWORKS webinars and workshops. a) Vendor will provide software services as per Exhibit D - Pricing Sheet (2 tabs). “These specifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code. Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award.” This procurement is a proprietary-sole source procurement in which the specifications and conditions of the proposed purchase are proprietary to LABWORKS LLC and do not permit an equivalent product or service to be supplied. In this IFB, the term “proprietary” refers to a product that has distinctive features or characteristics which is not shared or provided by competing or similar products or services. b) Contractor shall work with HHSC IT personnel to install and or activate software, c) Software renewals will come with one (1) year support, d) Contractor shall provide trained technicians knowledgeable and skilled in the installation, setup and support of the services per the scope of services.
