Specifications include, but are not limited to: HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for LABWORKS Assist Support plan renewal. License Software and Documentation Updates; 800 Support Number; Telephone Help Desk; Email Support; Remote Support Sessions; Escalation Process and access to LABWORKS webinars and workshops. a) Vendor will provide software services; b) Contractor shall work with HHSC IT personnel to install and or activate software, c) Software renewals will come with one (1) year support, d) Contractor shall provide trained technicians knowledgeable and skilled in the installation, setup and support of the services per the scope of services. Contractor shall perform contracted services, including any minor adjustment call-back services, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). Contractor shall not interfere with normal flow of business at the service location. Contractor shall respond to all service calls within four (4) hours of HHS Agency request, unless the Response Deadline is extended by the HHS Agency Contract Manager.
