Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kramer Laydown Yard relocation services. Relocation services required include inspecting inventory, preparing inventory for moving, packaging, loading inventory, moving inventory, unloading, unpackage, and placing inventory at new yard per the instructions of Austin Energy personnel. Austin Energy currently stores various items including steel reels of cable, creosote wood poles, transformers, and so on (please see attached spreadsheet) at the Kramer Lane Laydown Yard 2526 Kramer Ln, Austin, TX 78758. The inventory will be relocated to a tract of land near 3501 Ed Bluestein Blvd Austin, TX 78721. Austin Energy is seeking services from qualified Contractors to relocate an estimated 257 electric utility items of various sizes and weights detailed in Attachment “A”. The timing of the relocation of the inventory items is dependent on work being completed at the new laydown yard. For the purpose of a resulting contract, the contract end‐date will be defined by Austin Energy acceptance of the required services. Project shall be completed within four (4) weeks of Contract execution.
