• Rotary mow all turf areas throughout the site on a seven (7) day cycle, or as otherwise directed by the City representative. • Vertically edge all curbs, trails, and sidewalks to maintain a clean, defined appearance. • String trim (weed eat) around all flowerbeds, signage, fence lines, poles, and other landscape obstacles. • Mow and trim around all trees carefully to avoid damage to trunks or lower canopies. No mowing is permitted within 18 inches of tree trunks. • The Courtyard, East Lawn islands, and Marquee sign area must be mowed using a push mower, and all clippings in these areas shall be bagged and removed from the site weekly. • Use of large riding mowers, including 580s, is prohibited at this site due to space and sensitivity of landscape features.
