Scope of Work for JOC Building Interior: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide construction, repair, and maintenance services for building interiors across various facilities. The work includes but not limited to, flooring, walls, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and associated improvements. Scope of Work for JOC Site Work: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide construction, repair, and maintenance services for site work projects across various locations. The work includes but not limited to, grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other associated site improvements. Scope of Work for JOC Building Envelope: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide construction, repair, and maintenance services for the building envelope across various facilities. The building envelope includes all exterior components such as roofing, walls, windows, doors, and waterproofing systems Scope of Work for JOC Fire Alarm Installation, Repair, and Installation: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide construction, repair, and maintenance services for fire alarms. The work includes but is not limited to, Installation, repair, inspection of fire alarm systems for various facilities, in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Scope of Work for JOC Landscaping Services: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide landscaping services. The work includes but is not limited to site preparation, planting, turf installation, hardscape installation, and cleanup. Scope of Work for JOC Irrigation Installation and Repair Services: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide irrigation, installation, and repair services. The work includes but is not limited to, the complete installation of automatic irrigation systems for varies designated facilities. Work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards, local codes and project specifications. Scope of Work for JOC Fencing: The Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and processes required for the installation of fencing. This work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer guidelines, and project specifications
