The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for Janitorial Services at the USIBWC Falcon Dam Power Plant, located at 1 Reservoir Road (FM 2098), Falcon Heights, TX 78545.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 561720 – Janitorial Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $22 million.
The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror.
Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred because of this request for proposal.
Period of Performance: This requirement is being procured as a base period with four executable option periods. Optional periods will be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
Payment information: The Contractor will be paid in accordance with FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer – System for Award Management (July 2013).
