Turn off lights in all areas after cleaning, unless occupied by Tenant. X 2 NTTA will notify when special and detail cleaning is needed. X As required 3 Carpeted areas are to be vacuumed thoroughly with special attention to areas under desks and cubicles, corners, edges, stair landings and risers. X 4 Carpeted areas are to be spot cleaned. X As needed 5 Carpet areas are to be professionally/thoroughly cleaned semiannually. High pressure / high temperature water / steam with vacuum extraction are the only cleaning methods allowed without prior approval. X SemiAnnually in March/ September 6 Doors, doorframes and wall switches are to be cleaned of all smudges, handprints and marks. X 7 No items on top of desks, credenzas, office conference tables or office occasional tables are to be touched or moved. X 8 Glass top tables and glass lamps are to be handled with care and cleaned with glass cleaner. X HIGH DUSTING 1 Dust surfaces over six (6) feet high. X 2 Blinds will be dusted as one unit from top to bottom and not stopped at six (6) feet. X Annually January LOW DUSTING 1 Item six (6) feet or less will be dusted. X 2 Low dusting will include, but not be limited to, cleaning of windowsills, chairs, table legs, etc. X
