Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services will be provided in accordance with all laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Texas. A. Provide room and board. Single cell for each juvenile. B. Supervision to be provided 24 hours per day, seven days per week by certified staff. C. Conduct routine medical examination and treatment within the facility. D. Provide an approved education program. E. Provide an approved exercise program. F. Provide a daily structured program. G. Provide counseling services as needed. H. Service Provider shall be in compliance with all Standards and Requirements of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department and all applicable State and Federal laws. I. Provide each juvenile the opportunity to complete the Massachusetts Youth Screening Inventory (MAYSI-2) supervised by trained staff. J.
