Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following activities and/or deliverables are considered in scope for this project: • Research, analyze and document time collection requirements for departments that include employees who do not enter time into OTL using a networked computer • Identify, evaluate and recommend potential time clock vendors who fulfill requirements • Identify, evaluate and recommend potential touch tone phone and / or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) vendors who fulfill requirements • Initially identify and evaluate potential schedule system vendors who fulfill requirements • Plan, schedule and implement use of time clocks • Plan, schedule and implement use of touch tone phones and / or IVR devices
