Specifications include, but are not limited to: State of Oklahoma Supreme Court is currently accepting bids for an Internet Web Conferencing Tool withspecific features and functionality as prescribed herein that will allow for the highest level of training ,effectiveness, ease of use and security. Services/ access shall accommodate one hundred forty four (144)Named Host and Unlimited Conferences. 120,000 committed telephony minutes per year shall be charged perminute. Bids must include cost per minute and any cost for usage beyond the allotted minutes. Bids must alsoinclude the allowable amount of Gigabyte storage allowed and the cost of additional Gigabyte storage used inexcess of the amount allowed. All charges shall be billed per month
