Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 The providers shall provide (tier 1 or tier 2) 1 and 2 Gbps Internet Service, full duplex transmission over an industry standard IEEE 802.3 fiber interface. 4.2 TCCD owns the 64.28.240.0/20 scope of static IP addresses. The provider must support the TCCD owned IP range. 4.3 The providers shall provide a minimum mean time to restore of 4 hours for electronics and 6 hours for cable issues. 4.4 The providers shall guarantee monthly average uptime to be greater than 98% in the SLA. 4.5 The providers shall provide both telephone and internet support access to open tickets for outages. 4.6 The provider shall provide security services to reduce the impact of hacking. The vendor shall provide a description of the security services in their proposal.
