Specifications include, but are not limited to: Broadband Internet Access to the Killeen Data Center, 902 North 10th Street, Killeen, Texas 76543. 1. Proposals should include incremental pricing starting at bandwidth level of 5 Gbps, and including options for 10Gbps, 15Gbps, and 20Gbps. 2. Contract terms – the district will consider the following contract terms: a) initial one year (12 months) with two annual voluntary renewal for total contract length of three years (36 months) b) Initial one year (12 months) with three annual voluntary renewals for total contract length of four years (48 months) c) initial three-year (36 months) contract with two annual voluntary renewals for total contract length of five years (60 months). 3. The district reserves the right to initiate service at any level of bandwidth proposed and will need to be able to increase or decrease bandwidth during the life of the contract. 4. Proposal should provide estimated lead time - number of days from notice of award to start of service
