4.1. Contractor will focus on the following: • Developing international partnerships • Inbound paying study abroad 4.2. Contractor should not limit themselves to these, should other appealing opportunities arise during discussions with potential partners. 4.3. Contractor will share the profile of Texas State with institutions across the regions in which they work, who we think will be an excellent strategic fit. Once Contractor secured interest from a potential partner, they will brief Texas State University with background information on the prospective partner and how they may fit the opportunity. Contractor will set up initial video conference between Texas State University and the potential partner to discuss the opportunity. Contractor will support ongoing communication and act on behalf of Texas State University to provide further guidance and support until an MOU is signed. 4.4. Contractor will arrange a visit to meet with potential partners. A local team can also attend and support locally if required. 4.5. Contractor will work with the designated leads at the partner institutions for each project to maximize the project’s success and sustainability. Contractor will provide support and guidance to both institutions on project implementation to ensure the enrollment of students. This may include but not be limited to suggestions for ensuring adequate cross-campus coordination and facilitating the promotion of partnerships to students at the partner institution. Contractor will continue to support the partnership until the first student enrolls through the partnership arrangement
