The intent of this request is to establish a list of approved vendors that meet the district requirements while partnering with district departments and campuses to provide tutoring services to students. The tutoring service provider should have the ability to provide high impact tutoring services using a face-to-face and/or an online delivery method. Tutors employed by the company should have experience in providing academic supports for students and have knowledge in various content areas including the core content subject areas of Math, Science, Reading Language Arts, Social Studies and test preparation supports for SAT, ACT, TSIA 2. The tutoring strategies and methods utilized by the tutors must be research based to positively impact student learning. If the instructional tutoring service provider has internally developed instructional materials and the District is required to use those materials, they must be submitted as part of the review process to ensure alignment with District expectations.
