Cleveland ISD believes in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) culture that promotes an organized approach to collaboration and sharing best practices in a resolute effort to improve learning environments. In a campus learning environment, all professionals are committed to ensuring that students are not simply taught, but that they are learning through the effective use of collaboration, creating opportunities for more students to achieve academic growth. Cleveland ISD is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals for PLC services to promote an effective Professional Learning Community at each campus with the aim of increased student learning and improved teaching. Successful offeror(s) shall, at a minimum, provide: A variety of ongoing professional development and learning products focused on providing district and campus leaders with the opportunity to continue developing their capacity for continuous improvement in transforming their respective school or district office into a Professional Learning Community;
