Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District (PSJA ISD) invites qualified companies (Proposers) to submit responses for T-Shirt, Screen Printing & Embroidery, Equipment, Services and Supplies for use among the District's campuses and departments in accordance with the instructions and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. PSJA ISD seeks to create a list of awarded vendors from which to obtain these goods. When PSJA ISD has a need for these good and/or services, PSJA ISD will use the list of vendors as a primary source to obtain the goods. There is no obligation upon PSJA ISD to use any particular vendor nor does an award guarantee any level of expenditure. PSJA ISD will choose the vendor(s) that best meet(s) our requirements for any purchase.
