The City of Laredo Parks and Recreation Department is requesting sealed bids for the installation of new poles and light fixtures at Los Martinez Park located at between Calton Rd, Marco Dr., and Markley lane, Laredo, TX., subject to the terms and conditions and other contract provisions. All work shall comply with the Department of Parks and Recreation Department general requirements. Contractor shall provide all necessary licenses, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete job. The contractor shall be required to secure all required building permits, City of Laredo Parks and Recreation Department will not pay for building permits. The contractor shall be required to provide safety signs. Contractor shall provide a Portable restroom at site work (if applicable). The contractor shall guarantee the work to be free from labor or material defects for one year upon acceptance of the project. Contractor shall display professional behavior at all times. Contractor is also responsible to inform employees or subcontractors of such professionalism. Contractor shall keep area clean at all times and clean at the end of the day each day. Contractor shall provide a trash container at site work. All trash must be disposed of to City of Laredo Landfill. City of Laredo Parks and Recreation will not pay for landfill cost.
