a) The All Inspections, Testing and Reporting must be completed using the latest National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards which may be located online at https://www.nfpa.org/Codes-and-Standards/All-Codes-and-Standards/List-of-Codesand-Standards b) Annual inspection and testing for 39 wet pipe and 1 dry pipe fire sprinkler systems c) Annual inspection and flow testing of 1 diesel fire pump d) Perform 5-year flow testing on 39 wet pipe and 1 dry pipe fire sprinkler systems as required by NFPA 25. e) Inspection and testing of all installed sprinkler system flow and tamper switches f) Conduct quarterly testing on 39 wet pipes and 1 dry pipe fire sprinkler systems as required by NFPA 25 g) Provide reports of all testing activity to meet the requirements of NFPA 25 2011 edition, NFPA 24 current edition, and Joint Commission Standard EC 02.03.05 EP 28, within 30 days of completion. h) The Contractor shall provide- all plumbing service contracts for maintenance as needed throughout the fiscal year. i) The Contractor shall respond accordingly to service calls and emergency calls from NTSH and shall perform all steps necessary to protect persons and property from risk of harm. j) The Contractor shall provide any emergency repairs as stated related to weather or natural disaster recovery work as assigned by NTSH in accordance with this scope of work.
