What technologies and approaches, including best practices or known valuable tools, do you have experience with that are applicable to the goals of this RFI? What advantages, opportunities and risks have you identified in these new strategies/approaches? 2. What technologies, theories and concepts are emerging in the growing body of knowledge of adult learning in public sector organizations? 3. Identify any possible issues in scalability, flexibility, performance, and/or application of identified technologies or approaches to adult learning. 4. Describe your specific experience with technologies, theories and concepts described in questions 1, 2 and 3 above. Provide descriptions of any proof-of-concept activities and the associated results. 5. What emerging types of end-to-end system and performance monitoring tools have proven successful? E.g. reports, integration, query performance, analyisis of process peformance and real-time response rates. Include information on associated timeframes for the emerging monitoring tools.
