Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Houston Housing Authority is requesting assistance in conducting a SEMAPbaseline review of the self-certifying indicators. The successful contractor will:1. Review policies and other documents as required by the SEMAP and other HUDregulations to determine compliance.2. Independently review the participant files used for the Authority's SEMAPcertification, determining compliance with SEMAP requirements.3. Independently review the waiting list for compliance with SEMAP requirements.4. Develop a score for each self-scoring indicator.5. Provide the Authority with an evaluation of each individual file, policy and otherdocument reviewed, indicating any deficiencies found
