a. Plan and provide a full-service pharmacy to persons served by the CENTER in a seamless comprehensive in-house pharmacy system to be located at 1300 N. Sixth Street, Longview TX 75601. b. Build out new Pharmacy Space at Tuttle location and transition pharmacy services from 1300 N. Sixth Street to 2920 Tuttle as part of the transition to the new location. c. Provide pharmacy services M-F, 8 to 5 to persons served by the CENTER. Following an appointment, a person may stop and have their CENTER prescriptions filled by the In-House Pharmacy. The Successful RESPONDER will prioritize patients who have had appointments that day and waiting for their medications. If closed for lunch, time posted for people to see. d. When the person served has their own insurance, or 3rd party payer, bill that payer. Pharmacy only bills CENTER for prescriptions when a voucher is provided verifying the CENTER is the payer; the CENTER is not the default payer. e. Maintain drugs as listed in the Excel Cost Worksheet – Exhibit B. Exhibit B lists the pharmaceuticals that have the highest frequency ordered in the past.
