Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS), and The Department of State Health Services (System Agency), with funding provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), seek the services of a Contractor to conduct quality assurance activities related to immunization services provided by the System Agency’s immunization program. Quality assurance activities will include site visits, technical assistance and educational services to individual immunization providers on compliance with System Agency guidelines. The quality assurance activities will assist the System Agency with assessing immunization coverage and practices within a provider clinic, or any other environment where immunizations are provided.
