Specifications include, but are not limited to:The awarded Contractor will provide on an as needed basis, parking lot clearance services including removing or treatment of all snow, ice and debris from the parking lots listed in Appendix C. The Contract shall clear snow/ice/debris from parking lots, sidewalks, entrance and exits. In the event of ice/snow, or when icy conditions prohibit snow/plowing removal, anti- skid materials/salt will be spread on the parking lot, driveway and sidewalks in an effort to prevent accidents. Contractor shall respond to emergency requests within three (3) hours from the time the Contractor receives a call from an authorized HHSC representative that services are required. Snow must be properly placed to minimize loss of parking space.
