Warranty Plus Service Agreement 1 LOT ; This project consists of the successful Bidder furnishing all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead and incidentals necessary for Wastewater Surveillance Equipment for Public Health Services. The work to be performed by the Bidder shall include, but are not limited to, the following: HCPH seeks to provide wastewater sampling to at least ten (10) Cities/MUDs, collecting a minimum of two (2) samples per week from each wastewater treatment facility within their perspective jurisdiction. Laboratory processing and notification occurring within 24-72 hours, following sample collection and delivery. Testing expansion and frequency is contingent upon resources and the laboratory’s ability to analyze samples. HCPH will provide wastewater samplers, field staff to collect and deliver samples, and ongoing maintenance of all equipment. All terms of the agreement are outlined in a memorandum of understanding (MOU), agreed upon by involved parties.
