Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the successful Bidder furnishing all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead and incidentals necessary for Emergency Household Hazardous Waste Removal and Related Services for Harris County. The work to be performed by the Bidder shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Vendor to furnish all labor, materials and supplies, equipment, vehicles, site supervision, and project management to mobilize, collect, segregate, consolidate, pack, manifest, transport, and dispose of hazardous waste including household hazardous waste (HHW) following a disaster, as requested by the County, in a timely, safe, and compliant manner adhering to all applicable local, State, and Federal laws. This emergency services contract is for post event services from all types of catastrophic events, including natural and manmade, and their associated HHW impacted from the event.
