All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the successful Bidder furnishing all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead and incidentals necessary for Radio Console System. The work to be performed by the Bidder shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. ACOM Console System with one (1) redundant backroom core or equivalent per the following specifications: a. Backroom equipment in the Joint Operating Center (JOC) consists of: i. Media Controlled Service (MCS) serve cluster and applicable software. The serve cluster provides console management and controls. ii. Three (3) ACOM Radio Gateways (ARG) or equivalent in the joint operating center (JOC) to support four (4) x Motorola Auto Powered Exchange (APX) 7500/6500 control station radio and 2x2/4-wire radio interfaces. b. Total of one (1) Dispatch Console positions are provided as part of the proposal. The one (1) x Full Feature console positions consist of: i. One (1) x Personal Computer (PC) workstation with customer provided monitor running the Access Control System (ACS) console application or equivalent. ii. One (1) x ACOM Media Dock XS or equivalent. iii. Two (2) x customer provided speakers. iv. One (1) x Headset jack box v. One (1) x Desktop Microphone vi. One (1) x Footswitch
