Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) 20 Gb Internet Port for a minimum of 20 Gb bandwidth with upgrade to 100 Gb bandwidth within the term of the contract. b) Solution to scale from 20 – 100 Gb within the term of the contract. c) The contract should provide an optional annual one‐year extensions. d) A three (3) year contract will be considered if a cost‐effective discount is available for the three‐year contract commitment. e) The solution should be provided at 22000 Franz Rd, Katy, TX 77449. f) An alternative Service Point can be provided. A $1,000 20 Gb transport fee will be added to the Alternative Service Point proposals. g) The vendor should provide a list of CNDC locations in the Katy area that the service is available. h) The beginning Internet bandwidth will be 20 Gb scalable to 100 Gb. Otherservice increase increments can be proposed. i) Provide a 7/24 Enterprise technical support desk and service. j) Provide a Service Level Agreement on the proposed service. k) Provide a Customer Portal that allows secure access to view and manage the service with 24 hour a day, seven days a week access. l) Provide a solution that can monitor and report usage online, electronic format for billing and program assessment. m) The Service Provider will provide Secondary Domain Name Services if requested. n) NOTE: The District reserves the right to use the Internet service for any District Internet traffic at the discretion of the District.
