Specifications include, but are not limited to:o provide Indefinite- Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Architectural/Civil Engineering (A/E) services for planning, design renovation, design build, and construction of facilities for Education Service Center (ESC) Region 11 White Settlement, Texas, on an hourly fee basis as needed by the Owner, such services are expected to be required but are not limited to pre-project planning, estimating, programming, design, bid, design/build, and construction phases of the project delivery process or any other service that is beneficial in the delivery of facilities. The Consultant will render these services to the Component as needed, with no minimum or maximum amount of services specified. In particular, the Consultant must be prepared to assign at least one person with significant project planning and management experience to be available as the point of contact for all oversight efforts of the ESC Region 11 Project/s.
