With existing IBM Products, provide licensing, S&S, and maintenance services, as applicable, for HHSC’s current inventory of IBM products and other offerings (e.g., software, Red Hat). During the Contract Term, these products will be used for various purposes in both server side and desk side environments, which span across distinct agency systems that constitute the Enterprise including, but not limited to, the following: HHSC, DSHS, and Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) computer systems and desktops.
