Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ESC-2 intends to establish contract(s) for the remodel of 17 libraries. The contracts will include: library furniture, painting, library lighting, technology, wall murals, library books/instructional materials, and library remodel videos. The library murals will include both the design of the murals and installation of the products. The library remodel videos will include before and after pictures of the library remodel as well as short interviews of district personnel (campus librarian and campus principal). The awarded vendors shall be the manufacturer or a fully authorized dealer/distributor for any of the services it proposes. The vendors and its distributors must be able to provide service and timely deliveries to all campuses. Term. The expected completion date for all library renovation projects is September 30, 2024. Scope of Products and Services: The vendors are expected to furnish services and support as required by the members. All products offered under a resulting agreement shall be new and currently available. Proposals must include a full description of products and services that are being offered. Services may include but are not limited to delivery, assembly/setup, installation/de-installation, staging/deployment, and support/training. The ESC-2 recognizes that any one supplier may not provide all products and services. All specialty items available from the vendors or distributors are also part of this solicitation.
