Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to specify the scope of services associated with the project management services for an Enterprise resource planning (ERP) (HR/Finance) system replacement. The current HR/FIN Solution replacement is planned as a lifecycle upgrade to the legacy HR/FIN system which was deployed in HR (2002)/FIN(2000), with ongoing enhancements and upgrades over the past 23years. NTTA plans the following approach for the replacement. 1) Parallel integration for both HR and Finance 2) Procurement Support Services for Finance Solution(s) including creating a RFP, workshops, demos and solution vendor selection followed by implementation. 3) Implementation of the selected HCM system. Proposing vendor is expected to provide 3 full-time resources for an anticipated 2 years for the following 1) Procurement Support Services (FIN): Assessment of current state and strategy development for parallel integration and transition for both HR and Finance System(s). There could be multiple solution selected to meet NTTA business needs. 2) Procurement Support Services (FIN): Project Management for Procurement for Finance Solution(s) including creating a RFP, workshops, demos and solution vendor(s) selection. 3) Implementation Support Services (HR): Project Management for Implementation of HCM system. Procurement Support Services (FIN) will lead up to and support the vendor selection process for the implementation of the FIN Solution. Implementation Support Services (HR) will support the actual implementation of the HR Solution. A formal decision on whether to extend the services to include Implementation Support Services (FIN) for Finance Solution Vendor(s) will be made as the procurement, selection and award of Finance Solution vendor(s) is completed NTTA will provide application subject matter experts, consulting resources for current ERP system, chosen solution project implementation team, Business owners and testing teams and internal executive governance structure.
