1. Remove existing carpet and install new, approximately 1400sf (field verify). 2. Storage closets not included and marked by an X, except in one office as marked on plans. 3. Remove existing rubber wall base and install new 5” high. Match existing color. 4. Remove furniture within space to accomplish work. 5. Paint walls and door frames in suite. Match existing color. 6. There will be 3 accent walls in area of work. Exact wall location and color to be determined. 7. Paint over existing vinyl wall covering. Repair or glue down any tears or peeling in wallpaper before painting. 8. Replace rubber wall base (approx. 8’ long) in closet 219.01. Match existing. 9. Install new corner guards. Match existing. 10. Replace (5) 2 x 4 stained ceiling tiles. Match existing. Exact location to be determined during construction. 11. Before construction DPS will remove all personal items from furniture and walls, including disconnecting and moving phones and computers, wall hangings, tv monitors (not brackets). Where furniture is lockable, personal items will not be removed and furniture will be locked. 12. Remove and reinstall TV brackets after painting. DPS will confirm exact location of new brackets. 13. No abatement required. 14. Ensure all applicable codes and ADA/ADAAG/TAS regulations are followed. 15. Provide a minimum one (1) year Warranty on all installation work. 16. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
