Specifications include, but are not limited to: UT MD Anderson Cancer Center (Owner) current Hotel Management Agreement for the management of the Rotary House International (RHI), an MDACC owned property, expires in September 2013. As a result, Owner is seeking to engage with an Advising Services firm to assist in the development of scope of work for management of the Rotary House International (RHI). Additionally, Owner seeks assistance in development of a potential list of qualified hotel/hospitality management firms/companies. Owner additionally seeks assistance in development of qualifications appropriately aligned with current and future operational activity to support RHI. Finally, Owner seeks assistance in developing evaluation criteria to support appropriate solicitation, review and selection of a hotel/hospitality management company to subsequently manage RHI after September 1, 2013
