Specifications include, but are not limited to: Draining of the EST to remove all water once Owner has pumped the tank down to the lowest possible level. • Recoating and rehabilitation of the existing 0.5 MG composite elevated storage tank, including removing and replacing tank appurtenances. • Improvements to the elevated storage tank, including new access hatches, minor upgrades to the existing tank access ladder, installation of new roof safety railing, removal and replacement of the sample tap, relocation of the conduits and fixtures in the pedestal, installation of grab bars adjacent to the hatches, replacement of the tank roof vent, and replacement of the altitude valve • Demolition of and improvements to electrical systems, instrumentation, and security systems. • Recoating of altitude valve slab equipment at the Hickory Hollow site. • All miscellaneous improvements for a complete in-place facility.
