Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City wishes to provide funding by way of small grants, to organizations that: - Select one or more sustainable policy, environment, or systems-based strategy that increases accessibility and affordability of healthy food, especially fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, through urban farms/gardens, community gardens, farmers markets, or farm-to-site programs in at least one target population. - Measure impact of strategic projects, including direct and indirect reach, and breakdowns for children (0-17) vs. adults (18+), income level, educational attainment, and race/ethnicity. - Provide a report documenting work completed, final sustainability plan, and initial and expected future impact
