All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide access to recovery-oriented services that enable individuals to secure independent housing, secure competitive employment, build or improve existing relationships, and to achieve and maintain ongoing recovery from medical, mental health, co-occurring psychiatric disorders and/or substance disorders. HCC aims to reduce barriers to treatment by forging a collaborative to work together to provide housing and then fully coordinate recovery oriented mental health and substance use care. Funding will be provided for the following required program services: • Emergency shelter, Screening/Assessment/Triage • Mental health crisis facilities • Mental health services • Assistance accessing benefits • Substance abuse treatment services • Integrated medical services • Housing services • Education, Job Training and/or Employment services • Diversion Programs (Post Arrest) • Institutional Services • Reentry Transition
