North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for the following health and wellness programs: 1. Total Rewards Program- vendor must provide a cash rewards program for employees shopping around for healthcare services. Employees will be rewarded for choosing high quality, low cost providers for specific healthcare services. Vendor must also provide data metrics associated with participation and aggregate participant statistics based on pre-established goal achievements or targets. Vendor must work with our current health care provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). PROVIDE CURRENT SCOPE AND PURPOSE 2. Online/Virtual Wellness Programs- vendor must provide services/platform for an on-demand online/virtual wellness program for all NEISD benefit eligible employees. Online services must include a mobile platform. Vendor must also provide data metrics associated with participation and aggregate participant statistics based on pre-established goal achievements or targets.
