The Dallas Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive contract to provide health and sports medicine supplies, equipment, and related services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a vendor base capable of supplying a wide array of items to support student health needs, health education programs, and athletic activities. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Health Services: Supplies and equipment for hearing and vision screening, first aid, emergency response (including AEDs and bleed control), infection control, durable medical equipment, over-the-counter medications and stock medication, and health resource/teaching materials. Health Education: Materials and equipment for CPR, Bleed Control, hygiene, and other health-related training; and infection control and prevention supplies. Athletics/Sports Medicine: Basic and advanced medical supplies, preventive and safety equipment, rehabilitation and modality equipment, and health resource/teaching materials and equipment.
