Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide a Corporate Fitness Program for its employees and/or their covered dependents. The goal is to duplicate or enhance current benefits. • Aldine is looking for Health/Fitness vendors who can provide reduced monthly gym membership to its employees, with waived Activation/Initiation fees. • Aldine will work with the selected vendor(s) to offer its Gym/Fitness memberships to its employees and will payroll deduct the monthly fees associated with each vendor and remit payment directly to the selected vendor(s) monthly. • Aldine will provide the selected vendor(s) with a weekly roster of employees enrolled in payroll deductions for their facilities for access/billing purposes.
