Specifications include, but are not limited to: A health care IT and data analytics vendor to provide health care 1) data consulting, 2) customization, 3) implementation maintenance and support services for the purpose of meeting the reporting requirements for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Medicaid 1115 Waiver Delivery System Reform Incentive Program. The vendor will develop, configure, test and maintain a secure Service Organization Control Type II (or equivalent) data environment for the purpose of data acquisition from two community clinic systems (which are designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers, FQHCs) with differing EHR platforms conforming to measure specifications defined by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). The vendor will be able to provide timely and accurate data for audit support when required.
