This Summary of Work is included as part of this Solicitation to provide a general basis for Respondentsto determinewhat isreasonably comparable.The work consists of, but not limited to, the following: • Pre-construction meetings to review logistics, safety, and schedule • Removal and demolition of existing roof systems − Sequencing limits work to what can be removed and reinstalled daily − Requires equipment (crane, dumpster, trucks) to remove existing roof system − Occupied site requires daily clean up at the ground level • Removal and reinstallation of all roof equipment − HVAC systems require continuous operations − Requires temporary equipment and logistics • New roof system as specified, on both towers • Fully occupied site of multiple buildings: − Ongoing coordination with Owner − Site logistics planning − Equipment and material yard locations − Sequencing of work − HVAC phasing and coordination for continuous HVAC service • Staggered completion dates − Sequencing requires Tower 1 to be completed first − Close-out requires testing, HVAC reinstallation, punch list and warranty support of Tower 1, while Tower 2 is underway
