The services provided will include warehouse storage space and additional services will include the following: 1. Warehouse facility warehousing staff must be knowledgeable in Haworth systems furniture. Warehouse must be manned from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. This request is excluded from State and Federal holidays. 2. The inventory must be maintained on an inventory management system with software that, at a minimum, must be compatible with Windows and Excel and can be transferred to Excel, systems operated by TCEQ. Vendor will provide complete inventory services. 3. The Inventory system must contain valid Haworth part numbers. The inventory must be kept on computer software capable of reserving product for future Jobs and pull-lists. 4. The inventory management system needs to have ability of allowing internet access, for Haworth designers or TCEQ, at any time to check current inventory counts. 5. Material Handling: warehouse staff must be knowledgeable of andhave the ability to properly store components or stack components on pallets to prevent damage and must be able to pull systems furniture product for installation projects by reading systems furniture workstation layout plans. 6. TCEQ 's systems furniture company's staff must have the ability to orderparts and components. If components are not available from Inventory on-hand, contractor must notifyTCEQ. 7. TCEQ 's systems furniture company's staff will be responsible for keeping products clean. 8. TCEQ 's systems furniture company's staff will be responsible for repairing systems furniture panels when fabric Is damaged. (Fabric will be furnished by TCEQ). 9. Warehouse must be secure and maintain a climate that will not damage systems furniture components. 10. Vendor must be able to a pick-up product with little or no notice to warehouse. 11. Warehouse must be free of roof leaks, hazardous material and chemicals that can damage components. 12. Damaged or lost inventory caused by warehouse staff will be repaired or replaced at vendor's expense.
