Harmony Public Schools (“HPS”) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a building addition consisting of a gym/cafeteria, site improvements, and a façade uplift at “Harmony Science Academy – Katy”. The project scope of work includes the construction of a 13,280 SF gym/cafeteria addition, branding of all buildings, driveway modification, canopy extension with associated work, soccer field, basketball court, pavilion, playground, outdoor classroom, and climber. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, playground, canopy, and other related work as specified in the project documents.
