The successful Contractor must be able to perform comprehensive hail damage repair services on various municipal vehicles including but not limited to: • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for minor to moderate hail damage • Conventional bodywork and panel repair/replacement for severe damage • Complete paint system repair and refinishing • Glass replacement (windshields, windows, mirrors) • Light fixture repair and replacement • Trim and molding repair/replacement • Quality control inspections and final detailing Hail Damage Assessment and Repair Initial Assessment • Comprehensive damage assessment for all 64 affected vehicles • Detailed repair estimates for each vehicle • Prioritization schedule based on operational needs Repair Services Required Paintless Dent Repair (PDR): • Minor to moderate dent removal without paint damage • Specialized tools and techniques for various panel types • Quality assurance to ensure complete dent removal Conventional Body Repair: • Panel repair for damaged areas beyond PDR capability • Metal fabrication and welding as needed • Panel replacement when repair is not feasible • Structural integrity verification
