C.3 STATEMENT OF WORK C.3.1 Requirements: A. Removal of Existing Lennox manufactured 8.5-Ton HVAC Units. 1. Contractor shall coordinate with the TMD Project Manager (See Page 15 for Project Manager contact information) and TMD will provide a staging area to place equipment and existing units once removed from the building. 2. Contractor shall be responsible to provide all required tools and equipment for the proper disconnection and removal of the existing HVAC systems. 3. Contractor shall disconnect existing gas line from units 4. Contractor shall disconnect existing electrical lines from units and will follow lockout and tagout procedures of disconnecting electricity 5. Contractor shall remove the existing Lennox manufactured 8.5-Ton units from their current location and properly move the unit to the indicated contractor staging area on property.
