Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking bids for HVAC preventative maintenance for three (3) Central Texas Region offices; Quarterly Preventative Maintenance: a. Inspect and clean coil surfaces, burner nozzles, igniters, tower baffles, electrical contacts, basin, stamp, float, chiller tubes, boiler and condenser tubes. b. Inspect and tighten mounting hardware, clamps, pipe fittings, dampers, electrical connectors. c. Inspect and adjust refrigerant charge, fan rpm, fuel and air ratio, gas pressure, sump floats, compressor unloaders, set points, dampers, belts. d. Inspect and align coil fins, belt drives, and drive couplings. e. Inspect and lubricate fan and damper bearings, valves stems, linkages, and motors. f. Adjust and calibrate temperature, pressure and safety controls.
