Inspect, clean or change, lubricate components, check system controls, calibrate thermostat, clean system thoroughly, inspect fuel lines for leaks, carefully clean evaporator and condenser coils, clean exhaust fans. Inspect burners, ignition systems and heat exchangers, tighten and inspect electrical connections. Using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. 3.1.2. Inspect duct systems. 3.1.3. Inspect supply and return vents. 3.2. Comply with the latest provisions of the Clean Air Act and Environmental Protection Agency regulations as they apply to protection of stratospheric ozone. 3.3. In addition to routine maintenance, HVAC experts conduct a full system inspection to ensure that everything is working at maximum capacity. 3.4. Maintain Optimum HVAC System Performance. 3.5. Identify and recommend options that increase Energy Efficiency. 3.6. Control Optimization and Calibration of HVAC equipment. 3.7. Be familiar with and review manufacturer’s instructions. 3.8.
